Alabama Attorneys

Long & Waite, P.C. is dedicated to helping individuals and business that were harmed, directly or indirectly, by the BP oil spill. Our BP oil spill attorneys have been assisting with claims since the BP Deepwater Horizon Oil Rig exploded in the Gulf of Mexico on April 20, 2010. If you own a business in Alabama, even if you are not located on the Gulf Coast, please contact us today to learn about potential compensation.

We can help you with your claim even if you have filed a previous claim with the Ken Feinberg’s Gulf Coast Claims Facility (GCCF). GCCF was replaced by a new settlement agreement on June 4, 2012. Those who were denied GCCF compensation may be eligible under the new agreement. Those who received GCCF compensation may be entitled to additional compensation.
